Flanged End DPCV

Flanged End DPCV

The flanged end DPCV has integral flanges on both ends that are bolted directly to the pipeline flanges. Each flange connection is independent. Heavier and bulkier due to the integrated flanges. Requires more space for installation. Easier to align and centre compared to wafer end DPCV. The robust construction provides superior stability. The valve is securely installed and is relatively easy to remove for maintenance. Recommended for higher-pressure systems and applications with significant vibration or pulsation, where a robust, secure connection is necessary. Flanged end DPCV has highest initial cost because of the additional material and machining required for the integral flanges. Offers a very strong, reliable seal, especially for high-pressure, high-temperature, and large-diameter applications.
